How to choose a cat litter box

1. Semi-closed cat litter boxes
The semi-closed cat litter boxes are suitable for young cats and elderly cats. They are convenient and easy to be cleaned. However, the cat can easily kick the sand out when it buries its feces. It is recommended that every family with cats at home should always keep a semi-enclosed cat litter box, which is very versatile.
2. Totally enclosed - side entry cat litter boxes
The side-entry cat litter box is suitable for a wide range of applications, basically all ages. The advantage is that the odor is not easy to evaporate, but cats bring out the cat litter easily. If you want to clean the cat litter boxes and shovel feces, you need to remove all the covers, which is inconvenient.
3. Totally enclosed -  bottom entry top out cat litter boxes
The top-entry cat litter box is basically designed to solve the problem of cat litter being brought out, which can greatly reduce the problem of cat litter being brought out, but it is inconvenient for young cats and elderly cats to enter and exit. The smell is easy to evaporate from the top. In addition, it becomes very difficult to shovel excrement because of relatively high basin.  Most of the top-entry types need to take off the cover to shovel shit.
